Dr. Frank B. Tatom of Engineering Analysis Inc., (EAI) announced the introduction of the HEXFRAG software which is designed to predict frangible material breakage and personnel injury resulting from fragmentation effects, when used in conjunction with the Breeze HEXDAM 7.0 software.
